Tandiza provides short-term credit and financial advice to retail consumers.

We partner with a company’s Human Resource (HR) and Payroll departments to provide quick short-term loans ranging from ZMW1,000 to ZMW50,000 to its employees. The loan tenures can range from one month to 12 months. The HR and Payroll Departments assist us by confirming the client is a bona fide employee and by recovering, on our behalf, the loan repayments through monthly payroll runs

We have a PMEC code1, which enables us to lend to all central government employees and collect our installments through the centralized government payroll system. Tandiza, in consultation with a company’s HR and Payroll department design a tailored short- term loan product of up to twelve months to meet an individual employee’s needs. This is performed efficiently, and all our loans are processed in less than 24 hours from point of receipt of relevant paperwork
