Financial literacy (Ndalama)

Ndalama workshops are financial literacy workshops offered to employees of companies that engage us to equip their workforce with knowledge on financial planning. We have well trained staff with extensive knowledge on financial literacy that facilitate these workshops.

We have successfully held several Ndalama workshopswith the companies on our scheme. To date over 500 employees have attended our in- person workshops which were either held at a third-party location or at the employee work site. We offer these for a small fee to companies on our scheme and usually hold them during lunch breaks, so there is minimum disruption to your business operations. Our Ndalama workshops covers various financial aspects such as budgeting (e.g. how to live within your means; differences between fixed and variable expenses; the importance of establishing an emergency fund as a safety net; and how to budget a year ahead) and credit (e.g. borrowing what you can afford, credit rating, distinguishing between needs and wants; types of loans – short vs. long term etc.).
